Faust’s
Life is a supermarket and in the cut-throat world of retail grocery, to get ahead, a man has to sell his soul to quality. It’s all so simple. Buy now, pay later – eat what makes you happy; throw away what you no longer desire; live for the moment; treat yourself. After all, you know you’re worth it.
In 2013, second year students at the University of Northampton worked with COSmino in order to create an adaptation of Goethe’s Faust. An immersive promenade performance, this modern day cautionary tale of love, greed and sacrifice was a visceral journey into the depths of one man’s search for truth.
